Glass On The Move

As the capper on a run of bad road luck I'd had recently with my car, the pebble that smacked my windshield while I was driving the 101 last week didn't surprise me as much as it grinded me further into the chasm of despair I'd started to find myself in.  You know, when you've amassed enough scratches, dings and cracks to throw up your hands and say, "forget it."  And then you start waiting half a year between car washes.

Steven from Auto Glass On The Move just pulled me from the abyss.  He met me at my workplace and was able to fill the dime-sized fracture in half an hour.  He walked me through the process and explained everything thoroughly.  I was expecting to end up replacing the windshield after a year of watching the crack expand day after day into a vast spiderweb of sorrow, but no more!  In fact, if I didn't know It had been there I'd be hard pressed to find the scars it left on the windshield.

Auto Glass even interfaced with my insurance provider which covered the claim with no deductible.  Double plus luck points!  Couldn't recommend these guys higher.

Driving along the highway, I was startled by a loud noise of something hitting my car.  When I stopped later, I found it was a small chip in my front windshield.  Although I didn't want it to turn into a crack, I was dreading having to get my windshield repaired and considered not doing it at all.

One of my friends finally convinced me that it was better to get it taken care of, and of course, I turned to Yelp for a glass repair place.  I called a couple places for prices and Auto Glass on the Move informed me that chips can usually be repaired for free under your car insurance!  (This saves your insurance money because they'd have to pay more to replace the windshield when it turns into a crack -- as I was informed.)

Auto Glass on the Move not only informed me of this, but drove TO ME, and quickly repaired my windshield.  Both the guy on the phone who told me about the insurance and set up my appointment and the guy who came to fix my windshield were all friendly and got the job done!  I don't know what other glass repair places are like, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs glass repair.  Thank you, Auto Glass on the Move!!
