I should've just came to this place to fix my window instead of trying to be Miss Fancypants and take my Beetle to Oakland VW.

James helped me out with my initial call, got all the necessary info about my car, checked to make sure they had the window in stock; which they did and told me to come right on down. No ambiguous "well if we have the part, we may be able to have it done around 5pm blahblahblah" BS like I experienced at that other place.
An 'hour-ish' is how long it took for the replacement. Yes, I know the 'ish' adds some ambiguity, but having the word hour in front makes the statement a lot easier to deal with. Anyhoo, I returned to pick up my car, paid and went about my day. No time wasted, no harm done; I wouldn't ask for a better experience.

My car was broken into last night. This morning I called at 11am and spoke with Felix who was great. Checked that they had the part and gave me a quote. Wally was at my door at 12:45 and done in an hour. The work was perfect.
I don't know what more to ask for? They showed up at my house in under two hours from my original call (why can't plumbers and the cable guys get this right?) and they were $100 less than the other two companies I called.
Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.
